Free or paid software utilities for Windows
Python scripts and other digital tools
Access to documentation, articles, and educational content

All Services and products offered through the Site are subject to these Terms unless explicitly stated otherwise by GromasTech.

2. Intellectual Property, Software and Content Usage

All software, source code, digital content, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and any other materials provided by GromasTech are the exclusive intellectual property of GromasTech and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade-secret laws.

Licenses for purchased digital products are strictly non-transferable.

GromasTech provides Forex trading signals via third-party platforms such as Telegram.

By subscribing:

You acknowledge that trading foreign exchange involves risk and may result in financial loss.
GromasTech is not responsible for any losses resulting from the use of our signals.
You agree not to redistribute or share any signal content, screenshots, or alerts.

Telegram and other third-party platforms have their own Terms of Service and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their policies or availability.

4. Android Apps, Windows Software, and Digital Downloads

By downloading or installing any software or app provided by GromasTech, you agree that:

Software is provided “as is” without warranty unless explicitly stated
You are responsible for verifying system compatibility
You will not bypass, disable, or attempt to circumvent security or licensing mechanisms
Paid apps or tools may require updates that depend on third-party platforms (Google Play Store, Windows updates, etc.)

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including cases where misuse, abuse, or violations of these Terms are detected.

Upon termination:

All rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease
Any licenses provided for digital products remain subject to their original usage terms

Has no control over third-party content
