The previous version launched in January of 2019 had an annoying bug that, when the computer was rebooted, the settings for TV Popup Killer would not load and it would save the wrong settings where everything in the settings were disabled.

If you this this is too technical or too confusing, DO NOT WORRY, this is now fixed, and all YOU have to DO is to download this new version and everything will be working fine!

By now you probable already know TeamViewer Popup Killer software, and chances are that you got it from the previous website, GromichoAFSystems.com.

Gromicho AF Systems is now GromasTech, and all the software will be updated for new branding and also some new improvements.

Today was the time of TeamViewer Popup Killer to get updated!

There are not much features added as most work was done internally to fix some bugs and to give a better user experience using the program.

Although there is two new features that I bet you will like! At least one of them maybe…

As requested by the user “Klepp0906”, an option to hide the icon on the Windows system tray was added. This is working but I still consider it as a testing/experimental feature.

Another feature added was the “dark mode” theme. This far from perfect, and its there as a market research, so please let me know in the comments what do you think about this, and  if you actually want a dark mode.

What’s new?

Well, to start, Xtra Protect is now available in Portuguese with a language selection window at the program startup.

Also, to help you to identify your Windows name and version, Xtra Protect displays this information at the status bar.

We also updated the way that Xtra Protect checks for the WannaCry vulnerability to instantly let you know if you are protected, so you won’t need to go online to check if you are protected, based on some alert message given by Xtra Protect. Now there is at least 3 checks that Xtra Protect does to check your system against WannaCry.

We made some cosmetic changes, along with some text errors corrections, for example, Petya is not a ransomware, it’s actually a data destroyer virus, because it gives you no option to recover your files. Xtra Protect was still checking for this vulnerability, but the text was just not right.

The feedback given to you (the user) is now more clear, and you will have more information at your hands to help you in case your system is not protected.

Since Protect Folder version 3.0 we introduced a new feature so long-awaited by all Protect Folder users, the possibility to recover your lost passwords!

Now you just need to enter a recover email address and if you forget your password you’ll be able to recover it using your email address.

However if you think this is important to you, just request this feature using the contact form or the comments bellow.
• Using the TAB key with protect folder is not very user-friendly due to some issues with the skin.

For those who are here for the first time, in short, TeamViewer Popup Killer is a little non intrusive software that will close all the “Sponsored session” window left behind by TeamViewer when you terminate a connection.

What’s new?
In this new version it’s now possible to close the “File Transfer Session” popup automatically (still in experimental phase), as suggested in the comments by the user Steve Harris.

The text showing how much time you saved with this program, now is shown in a more neat way.

A new preset was added in German language (Thank you Nadine Bohr) that will allow to work with the German version of TeamViewer. (Don’t forget that this can be used in any language of TeamViewer, you just need to activate and set up the custom title options in settings.)

Some other corrections were made internally to fix some issues, if you want to know details, check the change log included in the “About” tab of TeamViewer Popup Killer.

What’s new?
Well, with this new version it’s now possible to close the “sponsored session” popup windows automatically, but also, close the “timed out” and “commercial use suspected” popups, all automatically.

It’s now possible for this program to start automatically with Windows login, so you don’t need Quick Run Adder program for it.

You can now choose the frequency that Team Viewer Popup Killer will look for the popups and close them.

These pictures on your lockscreen will change every day, and if there is some picture you don’t like, you can just click where it says “Not a fan”, on right top corner of the screen and that image will just disappear. However, if you like the picture, you can click the “I want more” button and Windows will try to show you pictures within the same style.

If you get often bothered for having just one picture, you should definitely activate Windows Spotlight feature.

Although this is a very good feature, unfortunately it doesn’t let you save the showed pictures….Until now!!

Today I bring you Spotlight Images 2 Wallpapers FREE application!

With this application you can save all the images that you have seen in your Windows Lock Screen.

This is a very simple and easy to use application. You just need to press the “Get Images” button and then choose what images to save, or just save them all!

You can opt to save only some images based on their resolution, or you can select just some images.

Tip: To select only a few images, press and hold CTRL key on your keyboard while clicking the image names in image list.

The images will be saved in a folder called “Spotlight Pictures” in your “Pictures” folder, but you can change this location using the “Browse” button to choose another location.

When you’re ready, just press “Save Images” and wait for the process to finish.

Simple as that! Oh and did I mention that IT’S FREE!!?

Most of you are already familiarized with Team Viewer that allow you to remote connect to your home computer from any location in the world where Internet access is available. For those who doesn’t know this great piece of software you really should give it a try.

Team Viewer is free for personal/non-commercial use, however, every time  that you end the connection in Team Viewer you will see a pop up reminding you that you are using a free version of TeamViewer like the one bellow:

We know this is very annoying, specially when you are accessing a non supervised PC and don’t want the pop up to be there left behind.. And that’s why Gromicho AF Systems created a simply Popup killer only to close that annoying window.
